[REQUEST] About WEBENCH SHARE

Hi,

My customers have a request for the WEBENCH SHARE.

When a customer Share design, share from Share with individuals,
Design URL will be sent to the entered address.

Each time the person that received the e-mail pushes the[Receive your Design],
E-mail that [Your Shared Design #XXX Has Been Accepted] is sent to the sender.

My customers would like to disable the coming e-mail that E-mail that [Your Shared Design #XXX Has Been Accepted].

I will ask the developers if this is possible.

I would like to know why your customers would like to disable such a useful feature. I always liked knowing if/when a customer opened a custom design that I created for them.

Watanabe-san,

I learned something new today. If your customer does not want an email of when the design was opened, you can instruct your customer to use a public share instead of the direct share to email. When using public share, a link to the design is created and you have to send it to the customer. It is not tracked in the same way that the direct email share designs are tracked.
