Is there any SPICE model or a .TSC file for a digital isolator which closely resembles the

performance and specification of ISO 7821 ?

Hi Ayush,

For devices with digital I/Os, we provide IBIS specification models.

You may find them in the Tools&software section of the product folder.

Sir,

I tried the intusoft IBIS to SPICE conversion tool but it did not help.

Do TI have any software or any method where I can use the same for simulation
on SPICE or TINA ?

Ayush,

We do not have a SPICE model for the ISO7821. As David mentioned, we normally provide IBIS models for devices with digital I/O's.
