Why not input these values into WEBENCH® Power Designer and see what solutions come up. When I put them in, I see 20 different solutions, some with efficiencies >94% at 200mA. You can check on the efficiency at 100mA by using the OpVals and changing the operating condition to 100mA and see the impact on the OpVals. I looked at the TPS61086 and the TPS61236P. I used setting 4 on the optimizer knob.

Take a look into the choices and I am sure you will be able to find at least 1 suitable design to further investigate.
