I have a is customer who is using the CSD97370Q5B in a 3-phase buck converter design and has requested a Pspice and/or TINA model.

I believe that we have a PSpice model for the device, however, I do not see it as having been released previously. Let me check on this.

It looks like the model was never released, but I have located a copy of it. I'll send it off for testing and get the PSpice model uploaded to the product folder as quickly as possible.

Let me know which your customer prefers (TINA or PSpice) so we can get it as quickly as possible.
