Webench Power Architect - No report possible

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

When using Webench Power Architect after adding a LDO to a DC-DC converter design, it is no longer possible to output any pdf report.

Using individual Webench designs does not cause any issue and pdf report is possible.

 

Only when Power Architect is selected by the addition of an LDO for example, that it is not possible to have a report generated.

The webpage either says "Waiting for response from Webench.t.i.com..." or that the file does not exists when using the print icon.

This is blocking as these individual designs cannot be used anymore as individual designs and always starts afterwards with Power Architect.

Any hint for solving this blocking issue, please?

    Hi Francois,

    The print report feature should work now. Unfortunately, it will only work for projects created from this point onward, so you will have to reopen your original DC-DC switcher design and add the LDO again before you will be able to print the project report. You can access the list of your old designs by clicking on 'My Designs/Projects' at the top left in the WEBENCH user interface.
