I want to use ADS1675 or ADS1602 for my data acquisition system. Is there any way to simulate it on TINA? I've checked spice model is not available for these ADCs

Sandeep,

We do not have SPICE models for these devices. We do provide IBIS models for this type of device since the majority of the pins are digital or have digital functions associated to them.

And IBIS model don't run on TINA? Which simulator/EDA tool to be used to simulate IBIS models?

Sandeep,

TINA-TI does not support IBIS models. Most widely used tool with IBIS is HyperLynx, a signal integrity analysis tool for PCB development.
