I am not sure what an ibs file is. Are you looking for an ibis model for the device? If so, why would you need an ibis model for the device, as most of the pins are analog pins? We do have a PSpice and TINA-TI model and reference design for the device.

Yes, is ibis file, I need to generate cluster files files for my testing, all replay other parts on TI replay as same, i need the ibis to generate model cluster for testing.

We do not have an IBIS model for this device. IBIS models are not very useful for this kind of device since it does not have a significant number of digital pins which is what the IBIS model is used for. As I noted before, we do provide a PSpice and TINA-TI model and reference design for this analog device.

Hello Lim,

As Brit said, this device is supported with SPICE models.

The only pins that I see that could be modeled with IBIS are PGOOD, S3, and S5.

Pins DRVH and DRVL will not model well in IBIS as they are high current, low RDSON outputs.

If you still need an IBIS model for PGOOD, S3 and S5, please contact your local TI sales or technical support so that they may submit a model request. They will be able to notify you when the model is available.
