A .cir file is a full circuit file that contains not only the IC, but additional components around the IC, normally. There are two ways that you can run a .cir file in TINA-TI. First, you could split out the .SUBCKT file for the IC and the additional components. Load the .SUBCKT into a .lib file and import it using the New Macro Wizard (the same as any .lib file). You may also use the Import function to load the .cir file into TINA-TI. This will run the .cir file as it sits (no changes unless you make the changes in the text file).
If the .cir file only contains the .subckt file for the IC (which may be the case), you can use the New Macro Wizard to create a symbol for the device and load it into TINA-TI.
