Hi,

Could you tell me about TPS56428/TPS56528 simulation result of Tj.
Customers are simulated under the same conditions.
However,Tj results is different between the two devices.
Please confirm the attached file.

    Yusuke-san,

    You are right. Both TPS56428 and TPS56528 must have the same ThetaJA value. The correction will be released today evening.

    The predicted junction temperature is between 6ºC  up and 10 ºC of measured package case temperature depending on the test conditions.
