Hi,
Datasheet of TPS57040 mention the switching frequency can change up to 2.5MHz.
The WEBEACH Design setting the maximum of switching frequency is 1.321MHz.
I want to know how to increase switching frequency of TPS57040 to 2MHz in WEBENCH Design for simulation and components value calculation.

Hi Loh,
The reason that you are not getting a design at 2MHz for those conditions is due to thermal issues. At high Vin and Low Vouts, the losses in the Low side diode are high so the device may overheat especially at high switching frequencies. If you hypothetically reduce Vin max to 6V, you will see that the design can then be created at a higher frequency.
If you are just looking for a part to meet these specifications, please see below. I used the Optimizer to tune to smallest footprint, the advanced options to specify a frequency of 2MHz and checked the automotive filter since you were looking for a Q1 grade part. Let me know if this helps.
