Hi


I simulated LMR23625 under Vin_min=16V, Vin_max30V, Vout=3.3V,
Iout=2A, but I couldn't simulate by reason of te error of "Failed Minimum Ton".
The figure4 is measured under Vin=36V, Vout=3.3V, Iout_max=2.5A.
Is this reason Webench's error or the out of spec of this device?

    Hi Yokota-san,

    　

    Under these operating conditions, Vin=36V, Vout=3.3V, the estimated duty cycle including losses is 10.6%. If the device operates at the default switching frequency of 2.1MHz, the calculated on-time is 50.5ns, which is less than the device minimum of 60ns.

    　

    To create a LMR23625 using these design inputs, you may try using a external sync frequency (like 1000kHz) with the Advanced Options.
