how do i import .sim .mrk .prb simulation files in altium

I don't think that those files will import into Altium. I believe that they are specific to PSpice (the simulation profile, marker, and probe files). Altium should have a way to set up the simulation profile, choose which waveforms to plot during simulation, and how to show that data in the display.
What are you actually trying to do currently? The PSpice model (.lib file) in the product folder is encrypted and can only be used in PSpice version 15.7 or higher.
