TINA/Spice/INA333: Pspice model of INA333

Part Number: INA333
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

i ma using INA333 part for one of our applciation. For that i have done pspice simulation. But in my circuit if i connect output of this instrumnetation amplifier IC to other opamp input then i get the conversions errors in simulation. Why it is happening?

  • smita,

Convergence errors occur any time that a simulator cannot solve the matrix within the specified accuracy from the simulation parameters. Solving convergence errors depends on your circuit and the simulator you are using. PSpice has several parameters that may be useful to help you solve the convergence issue. When it occurs, a table of parameters should appear with the values being used. You can edit these values based on what node and type of convergence issue you are seeing and continue the simulation with the new values going forward.

In transient simulations, very fast rise times and very large voltage/current swings can cause convergence issues.
