Hi,

I needed the LT Spice  model for the switching regulator TPS54202(12V to 5V converter). I have been looking for it but coudln't find it. Please help me as soon as possible.

    Hi Prosenjit,

    Unfortunately, LTSpice specifically prohibits semiconductor vendors from providing LTSpice models for use in their tool. They do allow import of PSpice models (unencrypted), however, we are not allowed to use/support LTSpice for simulation of our products (LTSpice EULA).

    I would recommend you try PSPICE simulations (project files and models are available in Tools and Software section of TPS54022) or use Sim Export feature of our WEBENCH design for this part. The detailed procedure for Sim Export is available here.
