TINA/Spice/SN74CB3Q3253: Need to Spice model this in either LTSpice or PSpice. Was told by TI to buy PSpice, and I did: Cadence says won't work

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

I am trying to Spice simulate this device: SN74CB3Q3253.

Told by TI that I needed to buy PSpice to run encrypted models, as my company was too small to get the unencrypted model under NDA.

Bought PSpice, and Cadence says the TI Model won't work, as it's a HSpice model.

I need to run some non-TI transistors, etc. and have those models running in both LTSpice and PSpice.

I need help in getting one Spice simulation to run, in any environment, for my circuit.

I would be willing to sign an NDA to get this model unencrypted.

I have invested time, and tools money - and can't get this to work.

Please help.
