Webench: Altium Activation Code

Hello,

I am installing the webench tool in Altium 16 and according to the installation guide, it seems that Altium would take me to myTI Log in page, which didn't happen. Therefore, I was not able to get the Activation Code.

I tried to log in directly at TI page but I can't it for using Webench at Altium.

How may I get such code?

    Hi Douglas,

    Thansk for trying out WEBENCH Altium Connector.

    After the installation is complete, user is expected to activate the connector by clicking on WEBENCH->Activate WEBENCH Altium Connector

    It should open up a new browser and ask for you to login. Upon successful login you will receive activation code. I am unable to reproduce the issue as reported by you.

    Please let me know what error (if any) you are getting when you click on  WEBENCH->Activate WEBENCH Altium Connector.

    Also are you able to open any other WEBENCH tool page? e.g. WEBENCH Power Designer. This will confirm whether the issue is with Altium itself or extension.

     

    Finally in order to provide you activation code we need error code generated by the WEBENCH extension in your machine.  Without the error code we can not provide activation code.
