Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Customer is trying to print reports in Webench and he is getting the following error:
Gateway Timeout
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
This is a new issue. they have previously been able to print reports in Webench. Please advise on ideas how to resolve this. Thank you.
