WEBENCH® Tools: Alternative part

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I want to use Build-it Lite to order parts. Some parts need to be replaced by alternative ones. After I choose an alternative part and click "select", the page is updated but the part is not updated when I check the BOM.

Thank you for your support using the WEBENCH Designer Tool.

I took a look of the Build-It Lite feature using Select-Alternate Part and it looks to be working. I'm sorry I cannot replicate the issue.

I am wondering if it is due to browser's setting. I have tried IE and chrome.

Dear User,

Thank you for sharing your designs and I have confirmed it's a bug with our Power Architect Designer. The standalone Power Designer looked to be working.

I do apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for bring this issue to our attention. One of our developer is looking at it now and hope to make a quick fix. I will let you know when it's ready.
