Hello Hung,

PMP7751 through PMP7775 are legacy National Semiconductor designs. I do not find an archive that includes Gerber files for any of these designs.

PMP7760 is a version of this circuit that may work for you.

By the way, I am looking for solution of 800Vdc input to 3~12Vdc output. Is there any solution with gerber file at this moment?

I don't find any single output design with lower voltage in that range. You could modify one of the existing designs by adjusting the feedback and bias regulator to get 10V-12V out. Lower output voltage may require changing the transformer turns ratio.
