TINA/Spice/TPS82084: Noise simulations

Hi,

Can the PSICE models for the TPS82084 be used for output noise spectral analysis/simulation? I'm interested in seeing how ferrite bead improves the output noise spectrum (not output ripple).

Adrian,

I do not believe that any noise modeling was done when this model was created, so I would be suspect of any noise simulations run using the transient model. Since there is no noise modeled for the part in operation, I do not believe that the impact of the ferrite bead would be accurately captured in a simulation using this model.
