Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Hello, I am working on a system and I want to properly model a Geophone transducer in TI-TINA. I have seen this done before by the precision analog community. I was wondering if somebody could give me some insight on how this is dong properly.
Christopher,
I would probably use a PSpice model and import it into TINA-TI. I believe that there are several available. The first one I looked at was the following:
It shows the calculations and the equivalent circuit for converting a voltage input that represents a velocity input. You could easily put this circuit into TINA-TI and test it using the characteristics of the Geophone you prefer.
