Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
The libary of the Infineon Mos-Fet IPD50R3K0CE does not match the Datasheet.
Infineon tested it with Simetrix and Orcad and says it has somthing to do with our Simulation Tool.
We use Tina Version 9.3.50.40 SF-TI, it can compile the lib correcly, but it does not match the Parameters on the Datasheet as you can see in the Document.
May someone can check and help.
