TINA/Spice/OPA1654: OPA1654 Wrong Spice Model?

Part Number: OPA1654
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Dear Customer Service,

I tried to simulate a simple OPamp circuit with your OPA1654, utilizing your pSpice model from this source http://www.ti.com/product/OPA1654/toolssoftware

For the simulation I used a AC analysis with 1 Volt input with a frequency range from 1 - 20kHz. As you can see in the pictures below the amplification drops significantly over 100 Hz. According to the data sheet the gain should not drop before 1 Mhz.

Since the generic LTC OPamp is doing what it should, my guess is, that there is a mistake in the PSpice modell. Can you confirm that?

Thanks for the help and kind regards,

Benjamin Lang
