WEBENCH® Tools: Iout operating and max current

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I recently noticed that there's now a place to fill "Iout operating" in Power Architect. So, now there' two places you need to fill the current, Iout operating and Max current.

What is this? What is the value we should fill here, a typical current?
