Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Hi,
I want to use the CSD95379Q3M in my design. Therefore I want to simulate it beforehand.
I'm struggling implementing it in LTspice. My error message says: "Too few nodes". Is it somehow possible to use the encrypted files or do I have to use a different simulaton program?
Thanks for your help,
nickelson
Hi Nickelson,
The model CSD95379Q3M file is encrypted and will work only in OrCAD CIS 15.7 and above. Also, as per End User License Agreement (EULA) of LTSPICE, we can not support model development or debug in LTSPICE.
We can provide the device model in TINA-TI compatible format, if that meets your application requirement. TINA-TI is a SPICE-Based Analog Simulation Program that TI provides users freely for their circuit simulations. You can find more details about it here. Kindly let us know.
Thanks!!
Best Regards,
