TINA/Spice/OPA541: Change of Open Loop Gain of the OPA541

Part Number: OPA541
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Dear all,

I use 3 OPA541 models in a pspice simulation and I want to change some properties in order to be close to reality with 3 different OPA.

What setting I need to change to have, for exemple, an open loop Gain at min,typ and max value?

Best regards,

Lucie

  • Galloy,
Editing the model netlist directly to adjust device-level parameters would be very difficult and unreliable.
As an alternative, you might try adding external components to the existing OPA541 model to change the overall properties.
For example, if you want to increase or decrease the open-loop gain, you could add an E-source to the model output and set its gain to give the min, typ, max values of open-loop gain for the model/E-source combination.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
    Regards,
    John
