Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Hello,
I have downloaded the LM25085 simulation model for Tina from Webench and if I use "calculate operating point" for the transient analyses the model works fine but if I use "zero initial values" I will get a convergence error. The problem is I would like to combine the LM25085 and LM3409 models but the later one cannot use "calculate operating point".
Which analysis parameters do I have to touch to get the LM25085 working with zero initial values?
TIA
Manuel
Hello Nikhil,
I have attached the TSC file for the LM25085 but as said that's simply the export from Webench: https://webench.ti.com/appinfo/webench/scripts/SDP.cgi?ID=462A1E11B7D9B484
So even in this unmodified version it is not possible for me to execute an analysis with zero initial values, because of convergence errors.
Kind regards,
Manuel
Hi Manuel,
There is an alternative solution for this.
I have changed the "Analysis Parameter" for LM3409 as below and it runs for the "Calculate operating point". Later, I copied the schematic of LM25085 in LM3409.TSC, now the simulation runs for the "Calculate operating point". Attached the .TSC, please try this one.
