Chaitra,

I am not understanding your request. PSpice models are for electronic components, for ICs. Not understanding how a mechanical component (heat sink) would have a PSpice model. Please provide more details as to what you are requesting.

Google "Heat Sink PSPICE Model" and you will be led to many ways to implement a thermal model into SPICE. However, you need to start by having your models temperature dependent. Then you have to modify the temperature as a function of dissipated power. Generally it needs to be included in the model. It is not something to "bolt on" later.
