TIDA-00449: code adaptation for bq76920

Hello everyone.

I'm designing a 3S 12V Li-ion based BMS around TIDA-00449 reference design. My question is, how easy will it be to adapt the MSP430G2553 firmware (tidcbb1) which is written for bq76930, to work with bq76920?

Hi Orkhan,
The code should be easy to adapt to a larger or smaller device in the bq769x0 family. The register structure is the same between parts, there are fewer voltage/temperature registers to read with the bq76920.

Thanks for the answer. I'm designing a board based around it. I might come back with more questions when I edit the firmware for bq76920.
