The unencrypted model is missing the PARAMS statement. Simply add the following below the .SUBCKT statements:
+PARAMS: SS=0 FAST=1 VOUT_SET=0
Place this directly after all of the lines beginning wit with + directly under the .SUBCKT statement.

Before I go into details of solution, I would like to highlight this point. We do not support debug of our models in LTSPICE due to their EULA agreement constraints.
Now regarding the solution from Britt, you have to add the "+PARAMS: SS=0 FAST=1 VOUT_SET=0" at the end of main subcircuit definition LMZ31520_TRANS only, because the parameters are called in that subcircuit only. Please find attached the snapshot of modification suggested:
I am also attaching the updated library file for your reference here, which will work in any simulation tool that supports SPICE syntax.
