Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,
Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Hi ,
do you have the .SCH, .TSC, .TSM files for TINA-TI?
Thanks
Umberto

Umberto,
Normally I would simply state to use the unencrypted PSpice model and the New Macro Wizard tool in TINA-TI for creating the .TSM file. I would also suggest the TINA-TI training series for additional information on how to accomplish the task.
However, in this case, it appears that there is an issue with the uploaded unencrypted PSpice model.
Please see the attached .TSM file below.
It appears that there was a control character in the file and a pin name using the "/" that TINA did not like.
Thanks Britt,
for sure I am not an experienced user of TINA, and I tried to open the .TSM file and I get the netlist.
Do I need also .TSC file in order to enter schematic of LMR16010?
I looked at online trainings, but I did not find any suggestion how to handle this.
Can you clarify?Thanks
Umberto
Umberto,
The .TSC file is the schematic you will create in the schematic editor. If you save the schematic, it will save it in a .TSC format. To use the .TSM file, open TINA-TI and use the Insert-->Macro... feature and place the part into the schematic. Draw your circuit and verify that it works then save the schematic in the .TSC file. The .TSC file is self contained and will have the entire circuit present.
