I cannot import the hspice model for the above  part no. in TI-TINA. Please help me.

It would be good if someone provides PSPICE MODEL OR LTSPICE  MODEL for the above part no.

    Hi Ankit,

    We do not have a PSPICE model for this device. The HSPICE model should represent the part better (more accurately) than a macro model (PSPICE or TINA). If you don't have access to HSPICE, please contact your local TI representative and ask for the PSPICE model. They will help you evaluate the need and decide whether a model can be developed.
