TINA/Spice/tlc5602: Need TINA simulation or similar

Part Number: TLC5602
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

I am using a TLC5602 to drive an op amp. (FPGA-TLC5602-resistor-op amp)  I want to toggle one of the parallel pins to observe rise/fall behavior of the TLC5602 output. A model for this component seems unavailable. Is there a model for this component or a model for another component with the same behavior?

Thank you.

  • Doug,

We have eight Spice models for our newer DACs.
They are built into the latest version of TINA that is available on the TI web site.

You can place the models into an existing schematic by using the Spice Macros/DACs tab.
A full-fledged reference schematic for each of the models can be found in the File/Open examples/DACs folder during an active TINA session.
The models and reference circuits are also available in the individual product folders on ti.com.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

    Regards,
    John
