In TINA-TI, does the DC bias of capacitor and inductor considered? Or is it simulated with the nominal values?

Hi Rifat

No TINA-TI or PSPICE does not auto calculate the derating of capacitor/inductor due to DC bias. You will need to use the corrected value in the simulation.
