Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Reason: The function generator in TINA-TI 9.3.xxx has a bug:
Maximum working frequency is 999.999 kHz
In version 9.1.xxx and earlier versions everything is okay.
Version 9.2 seems also to not have this bug, but I don't have 9.2.

By the way, you can still make this work in TINA 9.3. You need to make sure deleteing everything after "ME":
