It's seem the reference design is still not complete. The MOSFETs are failing. Please provide the solution.

How are the MOSFETs failing? We may need to move this to another forum where someone from the driver team can attempt to address the issues you are having.

In the mean time however, can you describe how the FETs are failing, and perhaps provide some drain to source and gate to source waveforms of the FETs in your application?
