TIDA-00120 unable to open schematics

Hello TI,

I'm trying to duplicate this solar charger, and i was unable to open the schematic with eagle version 8.3.0, OrCAD pspice 17.2. I wonder what would be the best software to use to open the design file? Thank you so much.

Hi John,

The software used for this design was PADS. You may need to file conversion to open in any other EDA tool.
