TINA/Spice/OPA615: Errors in importing OPA615 Pspice Model into TINA-TI

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Dear experts,

I want use OPA615 in TINA-TI, but I don't find it in the library. So I try to import its PSpice into TINA-TI. I refer to this document http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva527/slva527.pdf  However, I encounter one problem during the second step. Blew is the detailed description in TINA-TI. After click off the error message, it jumps to the red line position, so I think that's the Line #145.

I don't understand too much of PSpice language, so I need your help to make the OPA615 PSpice work normal.
