It would be better if you simply ran the Startup (transient) simulation to see what happens when you get to the Steady State instead. That is what we usually do for most of our models.

Alternately, you can provide initial conditions to your model and application (only advised for advanced users since giving the wrong initial conditions can lead to longer sim times, incorrect results or convergence issues).
