TINA/Spice/MSP430F5529: Required S - Parameter Models

Loganathan,

Our S-parameter models are usually associated with high-speed or RF devices.
We usually don't create S-parameter models for power devices or digital devices.

Some of the analog parts in your list have TINA or Pspice models.
Those can be downloaded from the product folder or from the URL:
webench.ti.com/.../

We create IBIS models for digital input & output pins of analog and digital devices. 
You can request IBIS models thru your local TI sales representative.
