Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Hello,
I'm trying to use the HTML5 version of WEBENCH (webench.ti.com/.../) and for certain inputs (e.g. 24V input min, 24V input max, 22V output, 1A Output) I get an error that says:
Error type: LoadXML
Description: Incorrect XML
This happens on multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer) on multiple computers, so I don't think it's a problem on my end. Has anyone else gotten this error before? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
Thanks,
Kyle
Hi Kyle,
I was not able to reproduce your issue. To check, are you using the following URL: https://webench.ti.com/wb5/WBTablet/index.jsp and entering 24V-24V at 22V, 1A? And no other advanced options?
Hi Kaitlin,
Thank you for the quick response! Yes, that is correct; I am using that URL and those inputs with no advanced options. Strangely, it seems that the problem has resolved itself over the weekend for that particular input; however, I have been able to reproduce it again with the input 28V-28V to 24V, 0.3A and also 27.5V-28.5V to 24V, 0.3A.
Thanks,
Kyle
Hi Kaitlin,
Just wanted to check in and see if the fix was rolled out yesterday, I'm still seeing the error.
Thanks again,
Kyle
Hi Kyle,
Thanks for checking in, I was just notified that the release was postponed this week and will happen Monday/Tuesday next week.
I will let you know when it is confirmed released.
Kaitlin
