WEBENCH® Tools: flyback converter snubber design

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

We are designing a 15V, 3 A flyback converter ( I/P - 150 to 250 V, 50 Hz AC RMS). We are using the reference design from

webench for the power circuit and snubber alone and the pulse for MOSFET is given from an external MCU (C2000 launchpad).

But the voltage across the MOSFET has severe spike as well as ringing while using the same snubber values as in the reference design.

Pls suggest to resolve this issue.

We are using the below components, MOSFET - FQPF7N80C

Flyback transformer with a primary inductance of 750 micro henry

switching frequency - 80 kHz.
