Suggestion for Automotive Application 4-42 in  48V @ 2A Out

I have an unusual application that is automotive based that the customer wants a 48 Volt bulk voltage  but must operate down to 4 volts. at 70C. This range is difficult for non isolated solution so I am looking at doing  a  custom flyback. Does TI have a suggestion for a ref  design I can start with? Also would like Spice or Webench support for any suggested starting point

    When your desired input requirements are entered in WEBENCH designer, there is NOT any available model solution. We constantly add more solutions but sorry to inform you that we currently do not have any model that may be suitable for your application.
