I have questions about TPS61021A and TPS61029.

If the voltage over rating is input to Vout pin, how is the IC?

When  the voltage over rating is input to Vout pin, TPS61029 is no problem.

Oscillation stops and reverse current does not occur.

But TPS61021A is broken. FET of lowside has short circuit.

Please tell me your opinion.
