I using a varistor spice macro model but its not working, please refer attached .cir file.

Would you please elaborate what's not working? I assume F1 is the varistor you have trouble with?

When I am applying transient on the 28V DC, F1 is supposed to suppress it however I am seeing the exact amount of trasient voltage across F1 as my trasient source.

Let me know if I am expecting wrong values.

I tested the varistor using the circuit below:

It's a DC sweep (of VS1) from 75V to 300V, and the resistence is calculated as R=V/I. Does this look like the right characteristic?
