Where would I get code examples for the TIDA-03050 reference design (uses the MSP 430 Launchpad eval kit) ? There is nothing on the webpage

Hi Sandeep,

At Bourns we manufacture the sense resistors that you use in this type of application. This exercise is so that we can evaluate how our sense resistors work in a 'real world' application with your A/D. I am not familiar with the Launchpad although I have used quite a few different microcontrollers over the years. This is really a time saving exercise on my part. If you are willing to help fast track the setup by supplying code snippets or a template I would be very grateful. As I say this is for evaluation only.

Thanks for the details.

In the design I have used ADS1259-Q1. the main part of the program includes the data acquisition from analog world to the ADS1259-Q1, for this I would suggest please go through the ADC code snippets in the below links. If you still have question please don't hesitate to contact TI E2E™ Community.

Hi Sandeep,

That is interesting but not relevant. I am looking for the 'provided' binary file that is referenced in the TIDA-03050 user manual. please see attached.

There is a mistake in the TIDA-03050 gerber. Pin 3 and pin4 of J1 are reversed on the TIDA-03050 (DRDY and TOUT) when compared with the Launchpad so this design wont work in its current form.

Thanks for letting me know.
As you pointed out, it is correct there is a need to change the naming convention.

But Gerber files are correct and board works in the current form.
