I rigged up the BUCK 2 and BUCK 3 circuit in cadence orcad but I don't seem to get the expected output voltage, I have set the output voltage to 1V0 but it doesn't go beyond 2.5uV, where is that I have gone wrong?

You can try to simulate your setup by applying 5.8V at VREG pin instead of 0V. In released project too this pin was at 5.8V for BUCK2. Also, I observed that Cout was missing in schematic and after adding that I got proper simulation result.(Below is the schematic and simulation result)

Unselect the Auto convergence and Advanced convergence options if you are simulating in 16.6 Pspice version.Also keep time Maximum Step Size at 10n.(Please see below images)
