I downloaded the Altium files, found the description, but can't find the Software.

Hi Gerhard,

The software for TIDA-01096 is based on BLE-Stack (http://www.ti.com/tool/BLE-STACK working on releasing this in ti.com. I will keep you updated on the time frame.
