TINA/Spice: Tina Ti import PMOS problem

I download PMOS model from DIODE's website, the part number is DMP3099L.

Following is load switch circuit, VG1 is enable signal, VF2 is output signal.

Transient response seem not correct, I expect to have 5V output at VF2 starting from 500nS. Where is the problem? thanks.

PS: load switch circuit behaves correct with TIna Ti's internal PMOS TSM model, so I think the problem would be on PMOS's spice model or importing process.

HI Chiahao,

Since the simulation is running after import, I would not doubt the import process. Just make sure that if you were prompted for the pin mapping that it was done properly. We have imported several of TI's FET models into TINA-TI successfully and they can all be found using the link below.

I would contact the manufacturer who provided the model to find out what is going on with the model. Alternately, TI has a lot of load switch devices available which you can use as an alternate. They can be found here, and many of them also have TINA-TI models.
