  • Hi Philip,

Currently we donot have model developed for this device. You can can go to www.ti.com/spicerack and search for similar devices having models using the search box.
  • Hi Imran,

Thanks for your reply and good advice.

  • Hi Imran,

Sorry for this, I have additional question.

I downloaded PSpice model of LM2902-Q1 (automotive grade).

I am not really sure which one is the actual spice model.
I need a file with .txt extension to run in my simulation, I show you one example as per attached.

Can you help me on this '.txt' file for LM2902-Q1?

  • Hi Phil,

The spice model you are looking for will be with '.LIB' extension in PSPICE model.

Currently the released spice model is encrypted.

  • Hi Imran,
Is there a way to convert this .LIB file to .txt file?

    Thanks,
    Phil
  • Hi Phil,

You can just rename the file extension from .LIB to .txt.
As mentioned earlier, the release spice model lib file is encrypted.
